Optimism!
I woke up this morning at 9 odd to a call. I struggled to open my eyes, reached for my phone and answered it. I said hello a few times and it was silent on the other side...
I didn't see who the caller was when I answered it but I more or less had an idea who it was =x
The caller then hung up, and I looked at the caller. It coupled with 4 messages. Just as I guessed, it was lingg haha~~
The little lingby must be bored or scared or something to ring me up this early =p
Of course, I entertained her xD
I rotted on bed while messaging her. Why? Cause I was still an hour and a half from my prep time =x That was how much earlier I got up cause of my precious lingo xD
Finally it was time to get down to preparation for my 1st day of school after a month long break. Went on to take a shower, washed up, changed and did my hair. After I was done, I walked down to lakeside and trained to yio chu kang.
Of course, I was messaging lingg the entire journey. Well, at least travel ain't that boring. Though I wished she could reply faster xD I almost dozed off a few times hohoho~~
Got to school at around 12.30? Oh and did I mention I spent another 50 good bucks getting the bloody MRT concession? I'm so dead broke now. So much so I don't even feel like eating anymore...sigh...
I walked down to my lecture theatre to find a large group of my coursemates waiting outside. Apparently another lecture is going on before ours, so we'll have to wait for it to end and everyone inside to clear out before we can enter.
They were a little late though, not that it mattered. It was just so real boring waiting outside.
Finally went in, settled down at about 1 and the lecture begun.
Character design and development!!!! One of the modules I've been looking forward to since the start of my course last year. Alright, gotta be honest...the lecture was hell boring =.=""
I'm sure the tutorial is gonna be freaking awesome xD This is where you let your imaginations run wild!! Design all sorts of shit and really just forget about anatomy. Screw it! =p
After a crawling hour, lecture finally ended at 2. My plan after this was to pick lingg up later. I was still 2 hours away from that so decided to grab a quick lunch first. I'm was starving crazy :(
Being the super poor me, I got a bowl of prawn noodles worth 2 bucks. Serving wasn't exactly large so I was still kinda hungry. I was so tempted to eat something else but decided not to since I'll probably be having dinner with lingg later on...so better save up the little extra to pay for her meal later.
With that, I went back to the station and trained down to bukit batok. I got so engrossed in replying lingg till I almost forgot to alight when the train got there! xD LOL!!!
Next I took 61 down to Ngee Ann. Lingg told me to wait at either block 22 or 23. Being the witty me =p I used the huge map placed at the entrance of ngee ann and navigated my way around :O
Didn't take me 5 minutes to find my way? xD
Then lingg told me to move to lecture theatre 26. Well I looked around, saw lecture theatre 22 and 24, so figured 26 would be slightly deeper in. I walked into a corridoor, turned and there it was. Hell I'm so smart sometimes I hate myself hehehe =p
I saw at the stairs while waiting for lingg since there wasn't anywhere else to sit. Then there was this malay girl crying not too far from me and this chubby chinese guy consoling her. Wonder what's going on O.O
I waited and waited and lingg finally came out of the theatre after being late for 6 minutes? xD Her student leader got abducted by a bangalala bleh~
We hugged and I gave her a kiss like in front of so many people lol =x
Then we went on to take a bus back. I suggested going to jp cause I wanted mochi =x Heck I'm dead poor and still getting mochi =.=
Trained down to jp and then headed straight to fairprice! I saw the tako there! It was so freaking big and juicy I was soooooo tempted to get it!!! CHEW ON IT ARARARARA!!! But but but no money ;( So...had to leave it behind sigh...
Found the mochi and now there is a new box with just strawberry and choco flavours! For...kids... O.O Don't know what makes that box so special but it had that subtitle no other box had LOL! Got it anyhow. Didn't want the one with sesame =/
Paid up and we were both hungry. So went around looking for food!
Ran into jimmy and gang when we passed burger king. Odd what they were doing so far out from school O.o
Oh well =/ Jimmy then told me he was stalking me =.="" I know him better than anyone that he'd do that lol! That lazy dude xD
After walking an entire round, we finally decided to eat at kopitiam. Alright, I'm poor so it wasn't much of a choice. I hope...lingg..didn't mind :(
I got some beef BBQ set and lingg got pontianak wanton noodles o.o
We ate everything up and I drank the soup BANGALALA STYLE!!!! WAHAHAHA!!!!
Alright that done, we headed on back to my house. Trained to lakeside instead of taking a direct bus cause lingg wanted slurpee! Too bad the jp 7-11 outlet had the coke flavour outta stock =/
We got there, got out slurpee and walked back. Then there was this freaking awesome old man walking at the speed of light! He overtook man, woman, teens, kids, babies on prams, lamp posts, cars, trees and even people travelling in the opposite direction!!! LIKE HOLY SHIT!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! :O
Somehow...I managed to link that to my career back when I was young: An ant exterminator. Well it got lingg cracking up and I felt happy seeing her laugh :)
Okay, I seriously think I have the talent and knack for coming up with lotsa stories and rubbish on the spot. I came up with an entire story without stopping to think LOL! Amazing huh o.o I can remain so calm too...amazing me :O
Anyway, after that me and lingg were just on my bed chatting away. Chatted and chatted and the next time she checked her phone, it was already 9 odd! Time flies!!!! We talked for 3 hours without knowing it!!
Honestly, I doubt I can talk that long with anyone else. I really feel damn comfortable with my beloved lingby :O
She finally had to go back at around 10. I saw her down and 157 came super fast today! I barely had time to fullhouse lingg! Okay maybe I did, cept lingg kept moving her head in the wrong directions xD
Oh well, gave her a final smooch and off she went! I walked back home and saw a full moon on the way. Werewolf....
Got back, took a bathe and went down to blogging.
Lingg was feeling upset about something, something she doesn't even know of =/ Oh well.
Though earlier on she was telling me about her worrying I'll leave, her friends leaving and stuff. It's kinda sad to hear them, but yeah...
I ain't gonna leave, rather I'm afraid she would lol =x
I mean, lotsa guys in engineering yeah =/ oh well, just gotta trust her :)
Anyway lingg, I don't know much about losing friends that were once close to you. Pretty much cause I never really had one. My closest friends were probably my computer and consoles. I still remember sometimes when I was upset and stuff, I'd talk to my computer, sometimes even myself =.= yeah...that was how bad it was, real lonely ya know?
But what I do know is, to keep a bond going, both sides have to put in that effort. If the other party doesn't do much, but if you care. You put in that effort instead to make sure the bond remains strong. After all, if ya waiting for your friend to make a move to ask you out or something, don't forget, at the same time they are probabaly thinking the same. They're probably waiting for you to ask them out. It's mutual yeah?
So lingg, I can't really comment much on friendship. Yet, just to let you know, I'm still here with you yeah? I'll be here if ya need a listening ear and someone to talk to. I know you don't feel comfortable sharing everything with me yet, but if you ever do need it..I'm here for you :)
