Tues again~
Well it's awesome Tuesday again! But well....this Tuesday wasn't as awesome as the previous one. Little things add up to this. Yeah Suppossedly my general module on Tuesdays for now is on Electronic Music. You see that? Yeah I said Electronic...but when you actually attend the lectures...it's like an entirely different thing. The lecturer went on and on about the history of music...like mate! What on earth has the history gotta do with Electronic music??? Okay, maybe it does, BUT! C'mon, can't we just talk about Electronic music? Nothing but just Electronic music? sheesh ~~~~ To top things off, that beef brisket lecturer is always late and dilly-dallies for half an hour. Doing a dance at the front ~.~
So...with a bullcrap lecture going on, monotonous voice, comfy chairs, air-conditioned lecture theatre...it was pretty much a knockout formula for me. I fell asleep, but never fails to open my eyes to reply lingg's messages haha.
Hmm, talking about ling...she's been through alot. Alot of heartache. She went on to her boyfriend's house to clarify things once and for all, and got dirt treatment by making her wait at his doorstep for hours. I was pretty worried about the outcome of their meeting, so decided to meet up with her later on, well...just to make sure she's fine, and try to at least cheer her up a little. I stoned at her void deck for hours haha but it was all okay~ I got bored and took a hikig session around her neighbourhood. The whole place is amazingly deserted, all I could see (besides flats) were just roads, roads and more roads. It was pretty crazy LOL! It's like imagine getting lost in the desert...but instead of seeing sand, you see miles and miles of nothing but roads haha!
So I waited and waited till she turned up. I took a walk with her (have never been out walking this late at night before lolol) and came up with alot of rubbish in the hopes of making her laugh...well to cheer her up. Not too sure if it worked, but oh well...I tried =x So we went on a swing, YES ITS MY FIRST TIME ON A SWING *no childhood comes to mind*. And guess what, never knew swinging on the swing could be so exhausting...or maybe cause I'm a little too tall and I had to strain my legs to keep them from touching th ground LOL. I went on and on, rubbish really came to my mind and I just spewed them out xD By then it was around 2.30AM and I thought it was time I head home, since ling seems to be fine. I took a cab back (comfort FTW!) and got back to home sweet home at around 2.45 or so. Bidded ling good night, collapsed on bed and fell asleep xD
Not too bad considering the previous night I only had 5 hours of sleep hahahahaha~
After reading ling's blog post for today, somehow I could sense the happiness she felt back then, and then mixed with the pain and sadness now. It was like a bitter-sweet experience. At that moment, I was pretty much staring into space and alot of thoughts went through my mind....yeah alot of it.
Oh well, on a final note, ling what's past is past. As much as we sometimes wish we could turn back time, we know it's not possible. So the only choice left is to look ahead, and hope for a better and brighter road ahead. I was in alot of pain when I last broke up with my ex, but ya know what? If I could eventually recover from that wound, I'm very sure and confident of the fact that you can too! Ganbatte ling! I'll be there if you ever need anything ;)
