Alright so I'm back after I don't know how long? Hmm...quite a number of stuff to note down I don't really know where to begin. Let's see....I think I'll start on 24th september?
ALright so it's our 7th month. Guess what? Childish wanted to go to the zoo LOL! I thought...well why not? So arranged time and stuff. Daddy will be driving the both of us there xD
Cause...we have no idea how to go to the zoo on public transportation ~.~
So I woke at around mmmmm 8 if I remember correctly. Went to wash up, and got dressed. Really hot day and walking around under the sun...thought I'd best go with a Tee and bermudas. So I did :D
Found this black shirt I haven't worn in a long time so decided to wear it. Think it was a shirt my mum got for me when she went to Taiwan for holidays. When I was....secondary 3? Or 4? Can't really remember, was around there though~
My dad then drove me down to lingo's house. I swear the labyrinth of roads are a pain in the ass LOL! I don't know where to turn ~.~ We only managed to get it right after 3 wrong turns lol.
Lingo was done faster than expected and down she came. She wore such revealing clothes! Mosquitoes are bound to get attracted to her later on.
Anyway, after like 15 minutes of car journey? Or was it half an hour? Didn't really keep track xD Should be 30 minutes since I remember we were at the ticketing booth at 9.30 and we left childish's area at 9.
Dad dropped us off, we bid our goodbyes and went on. Okay the start was kinda confusing since it has been a thousand years since I last came to the zoo. Then saw the ticketing booth so went over to it.
POSB and DBS cards no discount! My mum cheat me D;
Oh well...paid 40 bucks for the tickets and in we went. The person didn't give us any maps!
We didn't realise at first. Then went in and saw this peacock. We started snapping but it kept walking and showing us its butt ~.~ It was the next moment before we officially started the trek did we realise we didn't have any maps for guidance.
As usual, the smart me found us a couple of maps in a jiffy xD hohoho~
So we started. Lingo was responsible for taking shots of the live animals while I took the information boards xD Cause they were really interesting details of the animals involved.
We walked and walked till we got the white tiger. Hell yeah love the snow white coat of the tiger. Looks freaking awesome! :D It was also pacing up and down as the observers were taking photos. Who said only humans know how to do the cat walk? xD
I was like admiring the way the tiger moved gosh....must be a work habit ~.~
In any case, then we moved on. Nothing much memorable till we got to the splash amphitheatre. We were just in time for the sealion performance :D Long time since I last watched it~~
So yeah it started and the emcee had a pretty good sense of humour, now that's a good thing =p I actually wanted to sit in the splash zone but thought better not since I catch colds easily ~.~ Don't wanna be sneezing the whole way =x
As awesome as the seal was, especially the balancing part. Really loved that performance! Wonder how the seal do the balancing ~.~ And how they actually train up these untamed wild creatures ~.~
Really amazing...
SO everybody was getting wet in the splash zone and the trainer purposely signalled the seal to do it xD hoho
Then they started this frisbee thingy. Those who missed throwing the frisbee to the seal would get thrown into the pool~~
Guess what? I didn't know trainers trained seals to troll LOL! The seal purposely evaded the frisbee hahaha~~
Too bad though, the emcee too kind. Didn't have the guy thrown into the pool xD Would have been fun hoho~~ But maybe albiet a bad experience for the victim had it happened xD
That was the last part of the performance and off we went. We walked on and went into the kangaroo enclosure. I'm surprised they didn't have high fences or moats to keep kangaroos away from visitors. Kangaroo kicks have so much power they can kill a full grown man with just 1 flip of it...really dangerous ~.~
Oh well...
Then we skipped alot of monkeys xD Cause lingo didn't like monkeys =x
At around 11 odd lingo started complaining of mosquito bites, hunger and feeling hot LOL! So childish~~ Want to come still complain ah! xD
Then we went into the kids zone. Omg the goat was so cute :O One of them was like chewing the metal railing I don't know what for. The mouth movement was like our fish kiss xD mummumumu~~~~
Saw some really beautiful horses too :) Wait think they are mares :O Wished they had a stallion~~ Would like to see one.
Then we started looking for food. There was KFC there but...it kinda puts me off....the black chicken bones and bloody meat zzzzzzz
Wonder how long they left the chicken to rot before selling to customers ~.~
I remember there was long john silver and macs the last time I came. They're all gone now! WHY!!?? :( So no food at all....
In any case, we continued trekking. Was the last stretch of the journey and I stopped taking the info boards cause they got less and less compacted and useful ~.~
All the lions and leopards and jaguars were all sleeping when we saw them. SO LAZY! Didn't see any cheetahs though :( WHY IS THE LAST ONE MISSING!?
Soon we came to the end of the journey. Then.....we were like okay...how do we go back?
I noticed bus stops when my dad drove us in so we decided to walk to the next bus stop. We didn't know...or rather we couldn't find the one that was in the zoo =.= It wasn't reflected on the map either! How can they miss such an important landmark.
Oh well...we walked to the "nearest" bus stop which was like probably 1-2 kilometers away ~.~ Or maybe more?
Along the way we saw this pack of monkeys LOL! Wild ones o.o Just outside the zoo :O
We finally got to the stop and got onto a bus that was dued at choa chu kang.
Yeah civilisation...
Once we got there we went on for food. I got pepper lunch and childish got chicken rice o.o
The rest of the day was a short nap and dragonica :O
Alright so the next few days we were trying to power level to 60 so we could get the job change ~.~ Took so long!
Met a couple of new friends along the lvling route =p
I finally hunted down my japanese suit zzzzzz and then enbarked on child set for the CHILDISH! Childishness x1000000000000000000000000000000000000000 :D
Lingo was missing the bottom since yesterday. Haha though a little effort spent goes a long way. Finally found someone willing to sell the bottom LOL!
Lingo was still asleep when it happened so I wore it for her. Then paraded her childishness across pow and libra xD SO FUN!
Hope she was happy when she saw her childish character kekekeke xD
And and and now it's almost time to get married! Just a couple of marriage quests in the way and we're done =p
OOoh did I mention the Vland at clementi sucks to the core? The people there don't know a shit about the games they run and they don't even adhere to the promotions =.= IAH got cheated LOL! Hope the next time we go to the AMK outlet it'll be there.
